If you're here, you probably found my instagram... This passion turned into a project to promote Collegiate Shag on March,12th, 2017 and I've loved every minute of it.

Why do I do it? It is very rare that you find something that seems to be a part of you right away. I found it once with my husband and again with this dance. I started dancing Lindy Hop in 2005 but had no interest and no knowledge about Collegiate Shag. When I found Collegiate Shag I dove into the dance for as many hours as possible (It would be 24/7 but I have a day job).

Biggest problem? Not enough people to dance with (I'm lucky my husband decided to start dancing). People don't really dance Collegiate Shag, at least not in America. It has grown a lot in the last year but it's still about 1% as popular to Lindy Hop. Lets see if we can change that.
